Want to Become XLA®-XM-1 Verified?
To become XLA®-XM-1 verified, organizations must first join the XLA® Institute as a Premium or Corporate Member. Premium and Corporate membership includes access to the Experience Box, containing all the training materials and guidelines necessary for verification.
Organizations must then meet four key requirements:
- Appoint a responsible executive to oversee XLA implementation.
- Maintain a quorum of XLA® Foundation Certified professionals accredited through APMG™ or Van Haren™.
- Ensure a quorum of staff complete the XLA in One Day E-learning program accredited by the XLA Institute.
- Participate in a series of masterclasses throughout the year.
