Experience Management and XLA® Practitioner builds on foundational experience concepts by teaching participants how to design and implement Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) for real-world application. Participants learn the seven-step Experience Design Methodology for creating XLAs that can be integrated into formal contracts, supported by practical exercises and exploration of automated experience tools.

The course introduces the Experience Management Office (XMO) concept, covering its scope, required roles, and operational techniques for managing the experience ecosystem. Participants gain hands-on understanding through interactive demonstrations and simulations using example XMO dashboards, learning both the science of statistics and measurements alongside the art of experience interpretation.
