Want to Become XLA®-XM-1 Verified?
To become XLA®-XM-1 verified, organizations must first join the XLA® Institute as a Premium Member. Premium membership includes access to the Experience Box, containing all the training materials and guidelines necessary for verification.
Organizations must then meet four key requirements:
- Appoint a responsible executive to oversee XLA implementation.
- Maintain a quorum of XLA® Foundation Certified professionals accredited through APMG™ or Van Haren™.
- Ensure a quorum of staff complete the XLA in One Day E-learning program accredited by the XLA Institute.
- Participate in a series of masterclasses throughout the year.
