ISO standardization of XLA

Standardisation of XLAs and experience management practices is important to set expectations with customers and other stakeholders and to make sure the understanding of everyone who is involved with XLAs and XM is the same.

This presentation discusses the existing Dutch XLA standard and the latest status of the efforts done towards turning this into an international ISO standard.
