Why has HappySignals become a Founding member of XLA Institute?
We see clear value in working together with other companies who focus on experience management. Our customers are asking more about XLA’s and ways of working, and we want to help organisations to be successful with their Experience Management journeys. We believe that defining the ways of working together is a great way of doing that.
HappySignals’s view on (the importance of) XM and XLA?
For 10 years, we have collected experience data about IT experiences. The data shows that traditional SLAs don’t tell the whole story. You can hit all your SLA targets but still have unhappy employees. XLA helps to focus on what actually matters – what value IT really has created.
How do you support/work together with XLA Institute?
We share our experience data research and practical knowledge about experience management. We have data from millions of employees globally, which helps understand what makes for a good IT experience. We can help create realistic XLA standards based on our experience and data.
What are your expectations of being a Founding member?
We want to help create practical XLA standards and ways of working that companies can actually use. Too many standards are too complex. We hope to work with other members to make XLA implementation simpler, practical and scalable across IT and ESM.
Why should everybody become a member of the XLA Institute?
If you work with IT you need to understand XLA. The institute helps you learn from others’ experiences and avoid common mistakes. You get access to practical knowledge about implementing XLA and Experience Management. It’s better to learn together than alone.
