BDO’s journey into XLAs

The presentation gives a background to the environment in which XLAs were adopted, then takes the audience through the journey of what BDO did to implement XLAs. It talks of how we assessed sentiment and responded to peoples thoughts.

The session will provide insight into some of the challenges faced and how we went about addressing them, as well as giving some context to the outcomes of the XLAs already in flight. It ends with thoughts on where we go next as we mature in the adoption of Experience Management.
