HDI Brasil

HDI is a global association, teaching, research institute and reference in the development of the IT Service Management, Service Desk, Technical Support, Workplace Services and related segments. Through courses/training and certifications of Support Centers at various levels and markets, as well as congresses promoted around the planet, we assist in the development of professionals individually and operations, with specialized advice based on international standards.

As of 2022, HDI's headquarters grants HDI Brasil operations throughout Latin America and Spanish-speaking countries under Brazilian management, in recognition of the excellent work done. Through carefully chosen and qualified partners, HDI Brasil will operate in Latin America with training, professional and business certifications (HDI SCC), events and relevant content, entirely in Spanish and with the regional touch that each country has.
