You may have XLAs already or you may considering building XLAs but may be wondering how to put them into operation and asking:

The XMO Masterclass from the XLA Institute will answer all these questions and much more. Delegates will learn about the need to have an Experience Management Office (XMO) to fully measure, manage, improve and govern experience. This class will cover the XMO objectives, scope and tasks and through hands on demonstration and practical’s, the delegates will learn how to ensure they have the right mindset, skillset and toolset. The delegates will then walk through real life example customer XMOs and be given a step-by-step guide in how to build one.

There are no prerequisites for taking The XMO Masterclass. An understanding of Experience Management and XLAs will be beneficial.

This class is for all professionals and organizations struggling to improve their customer and employee experience. Attendees typically attend this class if they are unfamiliar with the subject matter or practical steps of Experience Management and XLAs.
Is there an exam to take?
The XMO Masterclass does not have an associated exam.

The XMO Masterclass is for all organizations looking to put their XLAs into operation.
Currently we accept payment via bank transfer but are working on implementing PayPal functionality for our courses in the future. We can provide invoices and receipts if required.
The XMO Masterclass runs from 09:30 - 16:00, GMT.
All of our courses can run both online and in person (at your location or ours). Unless it is specifically stated, expect the course to be run online. Should you book a place, we will send you a booking acknowledgement and then joining instructions will be sent to you close to the event date.
No specific knowledge is required, though an understanding of Experience Management and XLAs will be beneficial.
