(when requirements met)

Gain XLA® verified status and provides your customers the confidence that they are working with experienced XM and XLA® Practitioners.

Corporate membership includes access to the Experience Box, containing all the training materials and guidelines necessary for verification.

To achieve XLA® verified status, they must then meet four key requirements:

Appoint a responsible executive to oversee XLA implementation.
Maintain a quorum of XLA® Foundation Certified professionals accredited through APMG™ or Van Haren™.
Ensure a quorum of staff complete the XLA in One Day E-learning program accredited by the XLA Institute.
Participate in a series of masterclasses throughout the year.
