Doug brings a fresh, customer-centric perspective to service management. He’s not just talking the talk – Doug’s been walking the XLA walk for years! As an early XLA pioneer in North America, he developed and implemented groundbreaking XLAs for a major global BPO client. Moreover, Doug’s been lighting up the XLA scene as a dynamic speaker, passionate advocate, inspiring educator, and hands-on workshop facilitator at events across the globe. His energy is contagious!
Doug’s impressive track record includes a decade of leadership roles with HDI Local Chapters, and he continues to lend his expertise as Past Chairman on the HDI National Board. He’s also sharing his wisdom on the advisory boards of ITAM Forum and AOTMP University.
