Your result
After completing the XLA Foundation training, you will know what Experience Management and XLA are and you will know their underlying components and possibilities in business. You will also know why XM and XLA are important, why experience is important, and how to get rid of a bad experience.

This training is suitable for IT delivery managers, IT staff and managers, and SIAM students.
Approach
This classroom training is aimed at allowing you to immediately apply what you have learned in your practical situation. Computrain's highly experienced and certified trainer covers the theory and shows with various demonstrations how to apply it in practice. You will work with various hands-on exercises that will ensure optimal processing of the subject matter. The ratio of theory to practice is about 50-50.

No specific prior knowledge is required for the XLA Foundation training.

In this training, the most up-to-date literature is used and handouts are used. You also have access to our online learning environment e-Connect. This environment contains all the information you need for the training and additional information. In addition, you can easily communicate with the other participants.
