Intro to XLAs

In today’s economy, where 50% of the workforce is made up of millennials or younger, and where money is no longer the primary motivating factor, the famous quote above has never been more important. Experience is now a key factor in determining our willingness to work for and stay with an organisation.

Intro to XLAs enables participants to engage with skilled and expert instructors to learn what experience is and why it is so important. We will introduce attendees to the Art & Science of experience and illustrate how Experience Level Agreements (XLAs) are changing the way we design and manage technology.

Participants will learn how to measure experience, how it relates to ITSM principles, and how XLAs compare to the more traditional SLA, with a group exercise to cement learning. Experience Essentials is an excellent interactive taster into the world of experience, providing participants a solid understanding of Experience principles.
