Discover XLA Design

Designing XLAs is a full-day course guiding attendees through the process of designing experience level agreements (XLAs).

Design starts with knowing where current experience stands. Attendees will be guided on defining current experience by learning how to identify current experience landscape along with the wants and needs of those areas where experience requires improvement.

Attendees will then learn how to obtain the real-world employee and organisational data that forms the operational center of XLA design and experience management.

Duration

Designing XLAs is a 1-day course running from 9:30am - 4:30pm, UK time.

These classes are for all professionals and organizations looking to improve their customer and employee experience. Attendees typically attend these classes after Introducing XLAs or if they have yet to know about the best practices for designing XLAs.

Is there an exam to take?

Designing XLAs does not have an associated exam.

Designing XLAs is for all professionals and organisations looking to improve their customer/employee experience. Many past attendees had heard of XLAs, but just as many found this training while searching to improve on their traditional Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Currently we accept payment via bank transfer but are working on implementing PayPal functionality for our courses in the future. We can provide invoices and receipts if required.

Designing XLAs is a full-day course, running from 09:30 - 16:30, UK time.

All of our courses can run both online and in person (at your location or ours). Unless it is specifically stated, expect the course to be run online. Should you book a place,  we will send you a booking acknowledgement and then joining instructions will be sent to you close to the course date.
